On tonight?s episode of Impact Wrestling, Abyss was announced as the next inductee into the Impact Wrestling Hall Of Fame.
His career started in 1995 but his national wrestling fame came when NWA TNA launched. Abyss has been with the company since the first day in 2002 and turned down an opportunity to sign with WWE in 2006. He?s a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion, former X-Division Champion, 2-time TV Champion, and 2-time World Tag Team Champion.
In recent years, he has been working behind the scenes as part of the creative team with occasional appearances as Joseph Park and the Abyss character.
He will be inducted during Bound For Glory weekend.
