We recently noted that former WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens underwent double knee surgery on Tuesday. Owens was written off WWE TV when Bobby Lashley turned heel by attacking him. Initially, no real timeframe was given for ?KO?s? return, however, it was speculated it could be anywhere from four to eight months.

That?s beginning to sound about right. According to a report from Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, Owens is expected back to return to action around late February or early March. It was also noted that the damage to Owens? left knee was worse than initially expected. It was serious, however, he did not require full reconstructive surgery on either knee.

Owens posted the following photo soon after undergoing surgery:

?They had a 2 for 1 sale going at the surgery store!?

We wish Owens a speedy recovery and hope to see him back inside the squared circle fully healthy.
