With a career in Hollywood that?s really picking up, Cena hopes to follow in the footsteps of former WWE mega-star The Rock. Cena is also makeing waves in the world of literature. With the release of his new children?s book, ?Elbow Grease,? Cena has found himself at the top of The New York Times? Children?s Best Sellers list.
Cena took to Twitter to react to the news of becoming a New York Times best-selling author:
