As reported earlier, the Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia is in serious jeopardy and a decision is expected on Wednesday on what to do with the show.
Robbie Fox from Barstool Sports is reporting that WWE is frantically scouting locations for the Crown Jewel show. This is not a confirmation that they are pulling out of Saudi Arabia but it?s a major sign that Vince McMahon is seriously considering the decision amid mounting pressure.
Fox reported on Monday that John Cena and Daniel Bryan have refused to go to Saudi Arabia and Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that the creative team was told that Cena would not be at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. The latest word on Cena is that officials were hoping to convince him to stay on board, which is why his name was still included on the graphic for the World Cup that was shown on Monday Night Raw.

This is NOT definite confirmation that it's out of Saudi Arabia, but the location and date are unquestionably in major jeopardy right now.
— Robbie Fox (@RobbieBarstool) October 23, 2018

If the show is moved, Crown Jewel will be a money-losing show for WWE because they would still need to pay the huge salaries to names like The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels and Brock Lesnar for their matches.
At this point, the money loss is probably better than facing the negative fallout for running the show in Saudi Arabia.
