On the Oh You Didn't Know podcast, reporter Brad Shepard commented on Lars Sullivan's upcoming debut on the main roster. Here is what Shepard said courtesy of RingsideNews.com:
“Essentially I was told they believe that he would be overlooked on the main roster especially if he goes to RAW because basically, Strowman is a bigger Lars Sullivan right down to the mountain man look and beard. They believe Lars would start on SmackDown and work with some smaller talent in the beginning to be successful.”
