On this week’s episode of SmackDown Live fans witnessed a moment that had fans cringing. In the main event of the night, WWE Champion Daniel Bryan teamed up with Andrade Almas against AJ Styles and Mustafa Ali. Ali hit Bryan with a 054 to pick up the win for he and Styles.
However, when he landed the splash, he landed right on Bryan’s head. Bryan immediately can be seen grasping his face as he’s getting pinned. Ali even apologized to Bryan during the match immediately after it happened. Check out some clips from the incident here:

Bryan turned out to be fine as he was allowed to get physical in the taping for next week’s episode of SmackDown Live that took place immediately after last night’s show.
