FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- According to a Fayetteville police report, Rhodney Kevin Williams was arrested Monday for DWI after an officer saw him driving a lawn mower and swerving.
The officer said in his report that he observed a red riding lawn mower traveling south on Oakland Ave. and the vehicle was drifting in an "S" like fashion.
According to the report two people were on the riding lawn mower and the officer could smell a strong odor of intoxicants from the driver, Rhodney Williams.
The report states that Williams told the officer he had had a few beers and the officer then found a bottle filled with "an intoxicating beverage" in his jacket pocket.
The report states that Williams was taken to the Washington County Detention Center where he was given a breath test with a result of 0.159.
