Can people that are interested in web development/news like my facebook page - will be linked to my website which is still under development - taking some time in getting there.

The goal is to build a page where designers and developers can jump in & share their stuff/content - also content from my site when developed will post blogs and images to the page. Content such as web development & tips. It'll be somewhat like a diary. Won't have nonsense posts shown - just relevant content to web development and web design.
