The story about this man isn't really that remarkable; the interest for me was solely for his awesome blue-faced mugshot!
Anthony Cifuentes, 37, was arrested after being spotted by Dollar Tree employees loitering about the parking lot wearing a business suit and a helmet while riding on a bicycle - his face was smeared with a blue paint of some type.
According to the Orlando-Sentinel, Cifuentes made workers so uncomfortable while he was inside the Ocala business and riding around the shopping center's parking lot, that police stopped him.
He handed over his driver's license and lo, and behold, the man was wanted out of Alachua County accused of writing bad checks. The warrant was issued in 2010, records show.
Cifuentes is being held in the Marion County Jail until he is extradited to Alachua County.
He will now be able to serenade his cellmate by singing the "helmet having, business suit wearing, bicycle riding - blue faced man at Dollar Tree bloo hoo's....."
