Hello guys, as in the past couple of weeks you may have noticed there is a live network feed, which i host but not 24/7 as its on my main gaming rig and i wouldnt want to leave it on 24/7 as per electric usage being over the top.

So what ive been working on is a Stream Box (well its really just another tower) that will effectively sit downstairs in the hallway next to my network hubs and will be streaming away all the time for WD and Vaughnlive now and then, it will be streaming in the same quality as i do now aswell so nothing is lost out here, just the big advantage for myself is having my gaming rig back to myself for personal use and the new stream box will be low power consumption.

Now in order to have this done ive had to redo most of my networking in my house and as you all wont know untill now i support 2 houses on my Fibre connection so when it came down to making this stream box i needed more ethernet ports which i had none left so ive been busy creating a 2nd hub to go into the loop and testing to make sure the default IP's are not being shared so that everyone's devices either wifi or lan is not affected.

Not sure if anyone wants pics of the stream box but if so i can do so and add later on. but for now i thought i would make a post letting you all know my plans here at WD.

One last thing for everyone is that this build should be completed as of this sunday and will be live either late sunday night for me or will be started on the monday morning!

This part is for the staff here at WD, as my stream box will be 24/7 live im going to be installing team viewer into the box and have it registered and loggable all the time and would like to know if any of you would be able to log in now and then into the stream box say if i have to go out or emergency reasons etc you guys can check it for me, you can send me a PM about this if you are up for doing so!

in the mean time i will continue to stream with my gaming rig and of course it wont affect any ppv's coming up!
