Moose confirmed on Twitter that he is leaving ROH. As noted, Moose is expected to be signing with TNA. He posted the following:

As noted, Moose had been expected to be leaving ROH for WWE after last month's Best in the World pay-per-view. Dave Meltzer reported in The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE would not be signing him at this time due to a 2009 domestic violence allegation.
Moose had offers from Lucha Underground and TNA, with the latter offering him $100,000 per year, which was more than Lucha Underground.
