Accepted to a COLLEGE~!

OK, as you all probably know I am 19 soon to be 20. I almost failed out of school and pulled myself through and will be graduating in the top 25% of my class in high school. So I applied to a community college - because I want no debt - and was accepted on a full ride. I will be studying Information System Microsoft Networking and Help Desk Specialist. I start in the fall. I've came a long way over the last several years. I have 3,600 dollars to pocket from the pell grant. I will be buying myself a nice laptop.

Tara has a full free ride to WVU for their marching band, but - look at my post about breaking up for full story - she will probably throw it away in place of drugs, drinking, etc. I have no clue why, or how. Well, probably her new BF she had 3 days later that's a drop out, 16 years old and a drug dealer. But whatever. I hope I can make her jelous to some degree lol. Sure, I will not make as much as him, and I do not now, but at least I have no worries with the law, and I will be leaving college debt free, and hopefully get a good job.

The ethical and lawful way to things might always be the longest and painful way through things but there is a thing about going the right way that provides the satisfaction that an unethical person can't ever feel.

Whilst your achieving great things for yourself, he may just end up in bars in a few years time. It takes a real man to succeed in life and keep a woman happy, and not a boy that her BF appears to be. It's just her misfortune dude, you have nothing to prove to her, just yourself.

Congrats for your outlook towards your future, you are very smart to do what you are doing.............as far as her new BF goes, he could end up in Jail or dead and that might happen anytime! meanwhile you are building a future and will meet some one worth your attention, someone to share your life with
